The Founding Story
Welcome to the Well Club! I’m so happy you’ve joined. My name is Michelle Lynn Vogiatzis and I am a certified holistic wellness and lifestyle coach and nutritionist, focusing on integrative health. I have a degree in Health Science and I am also a certified herbalist in plant medicine and a certified Yoga Instructor. I have been obsessed with all things wellness for as long as I can remember and with my experience in this spectrum I wanted to create a place where we can connect, learn, and feel supported. The Well Club provides accessible wellness for all and a sense of unity and belonging.
Wellness encompasses the body, mind, and spirit, and when harmonized we are able to feel our happiest selves. At the Well Club we will create a lifestyle plan that is individualized, achievable, maintainable, and long lasting. We will balance the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual realms so you will feel full of confidence, energy, and vitality. Whether your concerns are stress, sleep, digestion, hormones, or need guidance in nutrition or movement, you have joined the right club. The Well Club is a place where you will reach your wellness goals, learn and evolve, and become the best version of yourself.
Always having an interest in the body, in movement and in health, my activities evolved over time yet I still value movement. I grew up as a ballet dancer, spent many years in the health club, yoga and pilates studios, and continue to move my body in ways that I enjoy. I am also a wife and a mother. I got married after university and started my family. Motherhood is my greatest blessing and while home with my young at the time children I followed my wellness passion in the form of yoga and began my career instructing. Over the years I continued learning and immersed myself in the wellness world as I now was not only responsible for my own health but also my family’s health. After studying health sciences, holistic nutrition, health and lifestyle coaching, and plant medicine and herbology I felt like I had knowledge to support my family. I also feel called to share and connect with others interested in the same wellness inspired world. I am now in my 40s and have tried every trend and fad in the wellness field and through all of my experiences the greatest thing I learned was that we are all unique and what works for one person will not work for another. I also have learned that our health is the most important thing and living a balanced life will bring the most joy.
I am here to support you along your own wellness journey to find what does work for you. So you can feel your absolute best in all areas of your life, physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.
