1. Take your time and chew intentionally.
Digestion starts in the mouth! It takes our bodies much more energy to digest than we think. Take some extra time to take some stress off! Your gut will thank you.
2. Target your exercise.
Walking has been proven to calm the large intestine. This also reduces glucose levels and aids digestion.
Increasing your oxygen levels before and during your meals will help calm your digestive system and let it do what it does best. For best practice try a simple left nostril breathing exercise (hold your right nostril closed and breath through the left) to help fire up your parasympathetic nervous system!
