Blue Light Therapy:
Blue light may be something we’re taught to stay clear from at night but did you know it can have great benefits for your skin?
The infrared lights at different wavelengths benefit your skin. Blue light has been shown to decrease inflammation and clear up unwanted acne. It’s also something you can do in the comfort of our own home!
By adding a little blue light to your skin routine, you can see great results. We still recommend blue light glasses during screen time and trying to eliminate electronic devices at least one hour prior to bedtime.
Blue, red, and white light therapy are all beneficial for improving the texture and appearance of the skin including tightening, reducing inflammation, increasing circulation, and decreasing bacteria.
